Sphere's individual operator supplies and licenses the Sphere software. The operator's legal name, operating address, and telephone number are disclosed without delay upon request through support@spherefocus.app.
This website describes the planned macOS product and launch offer. It does not currently accept an order, payment, subscription, or download.
2. Website use
You may use the site for ordinary informational purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content or services.
3. Announced offer
Pricing and refund pages describe the intended launch offer. The final transaction terms will be shown before purchase when checkout opens. Polar will act separately as merchant of record for the payment transaction.
4. Accuracy and mandatory rights
Prelaunch information may be updated before sales open. Nothing here limits consumer, privacy, or other rights that cannot legally be limited.
