A first annual purchase may be refunded in full within 7 days of its initial charge. Annual renewals are excluded from this voluntary window.
Monthly
Monthly plans have no voluntary refund window. Cancelling stops a future renewal; it does not itself refund a completed charge.
Overrides and requests
A refund is still provided where required by applicable law, Polar requirements, non-delivery, duplicate charges, incorrect charges. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
