1. The website
This static website has no account sign-in, data-collection forms, advertising pixels, third-party analytics, or tracking cookies.
The hosting service may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, requested path, time, browser information, and security events to deliver and protect the site. Sphere does not use that information to build advertising profiles.
2. Emailing support
If you email support@spherefocus.app, you voluntarily provide the message, your email address, and anything you attach. Sphere's operator uses that information to answer you and keeps only what is reasonably needed for support, security, disputes, and legal obligations.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, licence keys, browsing details, or other secrets in an initial message.
3. Controller and providers
Sphere's individual operator controls personal data handled directly by Sphere. The operator's legal identity, operating address, and telephone number are available without delay upon request through the support address.
The hosting and email providers process information needed to provide their services. When checkout opens, Polar will control the transaction information it handles under its own privacy notice.
4. Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information handled directly by Sphere by emailing support. Some records may need to be kept for security, disputes, or applicable law.
